Do you ship internationally?

Now shipping within the United States and internationally. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are sent via letter mail and do not include tracking.

Are your prints original?

Yes. Each linocut is hand-carved and hand-printed in small batches. Because of this process, slight variations in ink coverage and texture are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

What paper do you use?

All prints are made on heavyweight paper chosen for durability and rich ink texture.

How does the Monthly Mail Club work?

Subscriptions close on the 15th of each month.
Mail is shipped at the beginning of the following month.

Example:

If you subscribe between April 1–15, your first shipment will mail at the beginning of May.
If you subscribe after April 15, your first shipment will mail at the beginning of June.

Please Note: You'll be charged automatically on the 15th of each month for the upcoming shipment. You can cancel anytime before the 15th to avoid the next renewal.

What's the difference between the Mail Club tiers?

Ink Cat Press Mail Club has two subscription options:

Full Mail Club - $12/month

Includes the monthly 4x6 linocut print, a full mail club members-only sticker, a mini scrap pack, and a personal letter about the entire month's design

Art Letter - $8/month

Includes the monthly 4x6 linocut print, occasional goodie, and letter about the print

Both tiers ship at the beginning of the month.

Do prints come framed?

No. All prints are sent unframed.

How are Mail Club shipments sent?

Mail Club prints are carefully packaged and mailed in standard envelopes via USPS First-Class Mail. While I take care in packaging, minor bends from postal handling are possible.

Do you offer tracking?

Mail Club shipments are sent via standard letter mail and do not include tracking. U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-10 days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination. If your envelope hasn't arrived after this time, please reach out and I'll gladly help.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your account.

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is handmade, returns are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out and I’ll make it right.
